My wife and I are still in shock! You sold our house for $16,000 over the asking price! When we interviewed other realtors, we really thought we would be lucky to break even and walk away from this transaction with nothing at all. But we just picked up our closing check from escrow for $49,980! You came across as very professional, but also easy going and even a little bit laid-back. But when it came time to negotiate and protect our interests, you seemed to morph into some kind of a pit bull. I like it. Everyone else in your Thoburn Group has been fantastic, too. It all made a difference, from the aerial photographer, to the graphics artists, to the internet marketer, to the almost instantaneous lead follow up. We appreciated all the updates, and the feedback you sent us from all the realtors who showed our home was very helpful. Anyway, we’re glad it’s done. I guess it’s good for the bottom line to have realtor after realtor bringing buyers through your home, but we are sure enjoying the peace and quiet again. Don’t think you heard the last from us. We know a lot of people and we’ll be calling the Thoburn Group with referrals.
